- Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all property listings and related information. Falsifying or misrepresenting information is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

- Users must adhere to all applicable data protection laws and respect the privacy of property owners and clients. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of MLS data is strictly forbidden.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on the MLS, including property listings, photographs, and descriptions, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any MLS content without explicit permission.
5. Fair Usage Policy
- Users must use the MLS in a manner that does not negatively impact system performance or disrupt service for other users. Excessive or inappropriate use may lead to usage restrictions or account termination.
6. Prohibited Activities
- The following activities are strictly prohibited on our MLS:
- Posting false or misleading property information.
- Engaging in fraudulent activities or transactions.
- Using the MLS for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to MLS systems or data.
7. Compliance with Laws
- Users must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing real estate practices. Non-compliance may result in legal action and the termination of MLS access.
8. Account Security
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their MLS accounts. Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals is prohibited. Users must promptly report any suspected security breaches.
9. Modification of Terms
- Pierce & Pierce reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the MLS constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination of Access
- Pierce & Pierce reserves the right to suspend or terminate MLS access for any user who violates these terms and conditions. Termination decisions are final and may not be appealed.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from the use of the MLS will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Users agree to waive the right to a trial by jury.
By accessing and using the Pierce & Pierce MLS, users agree to adhere to these strict terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and potential legal action.
